Interview with David Edwards on the Future of Food

David Edwards is a professor at Harvard University. He sat down with Xconomy’s Corie Lok during Biotech Week Boston in September to share his vision for the future of food and eating. He talked about his companies’ efforts to develop and sell new kinds of food products with edible packaging, and also to engineer scents that may one day change the way we eat.
