SpaceCurve Raises $1.1M

Seattle-based database company SpaceCurve has raised $1.1 million in equity led by Reed Elsevier Ventures, according to a regulatory filing. The company, founded in 2009, develops scalable databases capable of storing and analyzing large spatial and graph datasets. According to Reed Elsevier’s Web site, Seattle-based Divergent Ventures is also an investor in the company. A representative from SpaceCurve did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
