The University of Colorado’s Silicon Flatirons Center hosts a special workshop on venture capital term sheets. This hands-on workshop is co-presented by Silicon Flatirons’ Brad Bernthal and several leading deal attorneys in the Front Range. The workshop includes a mock negotiation and focuses upon critical elements of early stage venture capital term sheets. Local expert attorneys will watch the negotiations and provide specific feedback and tips to workshop participants.
Check the website for registration information. The size of the event is capped at 40 people. The event is free for CU students, faculty, and “struggling entrepreneurs,” but members of the general public are asked to pay $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
