Brad Bernthal is director of the Silicon Flatirons Center’s Entrepreneurship Initiative at CU-Boulder and an associate clinical professor at Colorado Law School. Under Brad’s leadership, the initiative has become a vital link between the startup community and the University of Colorado. The initiative programs and hosts events such as the Boulder New Tech Meetup, the Crash Course Series for Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneurs Unplugged and Roundtable discussions concerning innovation policy. Brad leads the law school’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, which provides free legal help to Boulder area start-up companies. He also teaches the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Policy Clinic and courses in the areas of venture capital, telecom policy, and spectrum management. Brad has a B.A. from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from the University of Colorado.
