Fluke Networks, an Everett, WA-based maker of wireless network technology, said in a statement it has acquired the intellectual property of Viola Networks including its NetAlly product line. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Viola had raised more than $12 million in venture capital since 2004, from firms that include Evergreen Venture Partners, M/C Venture Partners, Polar Communication and Concord Ventures, according to Private Equity Hub.
