Concur Taps TripIt as Mobile Front Door

Concur Technologies is putting its new acquisition in the spotlight, announcing today that TripIt‘s travel logistics service will become the key mobile platform for Concur clients. Redmond-based Concur (NASDAQ: CNQR), whose software helps big companies track travel and other expenses, bought TripIt last month for up to $120 million. Concur is sticking with a pledge to keep the free version of TripIt available to everyone—but Concur clients will be able to access more advanced booking and expense-tracking tools through the integrated service.
