Gregory T. Huang12/21/09

Seattle-based Vulcan Capital, Paul Allen’s investment firm, has confirmed today that president Chris Temple has left the company by mutual agreement. The news was first reported by TechFlash. Temple joined Vulcan Capital in 2008 and was promoted to president last May. In an interview with Xconomy at the time, Temple said the job was “rewarding, but it can also be challenging.” The firm says it is conducting a search for a new leadership position, and that Temple will continue to serve as a Vulcan designee on the boards of Charter Communications and Plains All American.
