Cheezburger Still Tops Startup Index

Cheezburger Network (formerly Pet Holdings) retained its No. 1 position in Seattle 2.0’s monthly rankings of local startups’ Web traffic. The rest of the top five were Zillow, Picnik, BuddyTV, and Wetpaint. Survey Analytics made a strong jump to No. 6. Other strong gains were made by Smith & Tinker, Gist, GlobalScholar, and Seattle 2.0 itself. Marcelo Calbucci, Seattle 2.0’s creator and publisher, now says he will be spending 90 percent of his time on the site, with the goal of growing it into a bigger media company.
