UW biochemistry professor David Baker will be the featured speaker at the Technology Alliance’s Science & Technology Discovery Series breakfast on Oct. 9. Baker, a Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigator, is creating new proteins and enzymes not found in nature which could be used for biofuels, drugs, or other products.
