Webtrends Buys Widemile

Portland, OR-based Webtrends, a web analytics software developer, announced in a press release today that it has acquired Seattle-based multivariate testing and site optimization technology maker Widemile. Financial details of the deal were not released. Webtrends said that the deal is part of its plan to lead in enterprise customer intelligence by augmenting its analytics platform with Widemile’s technology.
