		<description>Good for the folks at Delve. Alex is extremely  bright and has incredible integrity.

Although I hear he has a very high bar, he treats employees well. 

Delve actually covers 100% of employee health insurance and includes dependents. I don&#039;t know any other start-up that does that in town. Heck, other than the mighty MSFT, I don&#039;t think any company does that anymore. With the ways things are going in Redmond, that might not be the case for much longer.</description>
