Seattle-based SynapticMash, an educational software and management company, has raised $1.25 million in new funding, according to a regulatory filing. The company, founded in 2007, is led by CEO Ramona Pierson and previously raised $3 million last June. Its board members include Debra Chrapaty, a Microsoft vice president of global foundation services, Bippy Siegel of Raycliff Investments, and Chris Brody from Intuit and Vantage Partners.
