Seattle startups DocuSign, a digital-signature software firm, and Ontela, which makes a mobile photo-sharing and uploading service, were among the companies named to the “Red Herring 100″ last night in San Diego. The award signifies excellence in entrepreneurship and innovation in North American technology companies. The complete list of 200 finalists can be found here.
