They're not stopping to consider that an investor doesn't put in 15-20 million with an expectation of 0 profit, and that the deal included a 45% warrant at 0.41 per share. The sudden drop, however, knocked out a lot of stop-loss folks. If they're lucky, they'll get back in at the lower price, before the masses figure out that Cranshire is probably expecting to make at least 15% (0.35/share) profit, and doesn't see a share price of 0.48 - 0.55 as unreasonable (given the 0.41 warrants) Tanked because the shares are convertible at 0.30, leading some investors to think that that’s all the shares are worth.
