Seattle-based TalentSpring, a developer of semantic-search software that helps recruiters better match job candidates to open positions, announced today it has closed a $1.6 million round of funding from Second Avenue Partners and private investors. TalentSpring, led by founder and CEO Bryan Starbuck, plans to release its product to the public next month.
