WRS Buys Isonics Semiconductor

San Jose, CA-based WRS Materials announced it has acquired Isonics Semiconductor Group, based in Vancouver, WA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The semiconductor group, which includes silicon wafer manufacturing facilities, was a division of New York-based Isonics.
