Topaz Bridge Banks $2M Series B

Ryan McBride 2/24/09

Topaz Bridge, a Bellevue, WA-based provider of software that enables SAP software to be integrated with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, says it has raised slightly more than $2 million in the first closing of a Series B round of financing, which is expected to eventually total between $5 million and $10 million. The firm, which didn’t disclose its investors in the round, plans to use the new capital to hire more sales, marketing, and engineering workers as well as to expand into Europe later this year.
