Digini Merges With Vyk Games

Issaquah, WA-based Digini announced it has merged with Shanghai, China-based Vyk Games to form a new company called Blade Games. The new firm will provide game development software and outsourcing services to game makers. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Blade Games will be headquartered in Bellevue, WA, and headed by Digini CEO Tony Garcia.
