Concur Leads $4.6M Investment in RideCharge

Redmond, WA-based Concur, a corporate expense management firm, has led a $4.6 million Series B investment in RideCharge, a mobile taxi-booking service based in Alexandria, VA. RideCharge lets business travelers arrange ground transportation from their iPhone, BlackBerry, or other mobile device.
