Helix Biomedix Raises $3.2M

Helix BioMedix, a Bothell, WA-based developer of peptide molecules, said it has raised $3.2 million through debt that can convert into shares of stock, plus warrants to buy its stock. The company (OTCBB: HXBM) plans to use the money for general corporate purposes, and to continue expanding its consumer program. The company’s peptides can be found in skin care and other cosmetic products.
