Northstar Neuroscience (NASDAQ: NSTR), a Seattle-based maker of a brain stimulation device for severe depression, said today that Chief Financial Officer Raymond Calvert is resigning at the end of the year to “pursue other interests.” He will get severance worth six months of base salary, which was $210,000 in 2007, according to the company’s annual proxy filing.
