Mentor Graphics Acquires Flomerics

Wilsonville, OR-based Mentor Graphics, which does electronics design and analysis, announced it has acquired the Flomerics Group, a U.K.-based maker of fluid-dynamics simulation software. Flomerics will become the mechanical analysis division within Mentor (NASDAQ: MENT).
