Dr. Colleen Delaney from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center will discuss using umbilical cord blood to save lives. Discovery Series presentations are held monthly, September through May, Friday mornings from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the Rainier Club in downtown Seattle. The intimate setting, with approximately 70 attendees per breakfast, includes a breakfast buffet, time for networking with Puget Sound region business and community leaders, a Q&A session following the speaker’s presentation, and an opportunity to meet the speaker. The early-bird registration rate of $275 has been extended to September 5th. After this date, the regular individual membership rate of $295 for the 9-breakfast speaker series will apply.
