Report Says Microsoft Will Buy Powerset for $100M

VentureBeat is reporting that Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) has agreed to buy California-based Powerset, a natural-language search firm. If the report is accurate, the deal will be worth some $100 million and will be announced next month.
