At the closing, Bazaarvoice paid approximately $26.9 million in cash and issued approximately 0.5 million shares of common stock. At the share price on November 2, 2012, the value of the transaction is approximately $32.7 million. In the event that Longboard Media achieves certain goals with respect to its performance through December 31, 2013, the equityholders of Longboard Media may receive up to an additional $11.0 million in cash.
