OpSource Acquired by Johannesburg Firm

Santa Clara, CA-based OpSource, a nine-year-old managed Internet hosting provider, said today that it has been acquired by telecommunications firm Dimension Data, an NTT Holdings subsidiary based in Johannesburg, South Africa. OpSource’s 150 employees will become part of a new “Cloud Solutions Business Unit” at Dimension Data, the companies said. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
