Bigfoot Unveils Wi-Fi for Gamers

Redwood City, CA-based Bigfoot Networks today unveiled a new line of PC and notebook Wi-Fi adapters optimized for gaming. Called Killer Wireless-N, the adapters include “stream detect” technology that identifies and prioritizes game, video, and audio data to minimize delays and stutter. Bigfoot says it plans to demonstrate the technology at next week’s Game Developer Conference Expo in San Francisco.
