Violin Memory Tunes In to $35M

Violin Memory, a Mountain View, CA-based maker of Flash memory arrays for enterprise data centers, announced today that it has collected $35 million in Series B funding. Strategic investors Toshiba America Electronic Components and Juniper Networks led the round, which was joined by “other corporate partners, crossover investment funds, high net worth industry leaders and private equity general partners,” the company said.
