Velti Prices US IPO

Velti (NASDAQ: VELT), a San Francisco- and Dublin, Ireland-based advertising technology conglomerate, began trading on the Nasdaq exchange on January 28, debuting at $12 per share and raising about $133 million in working capital. Velti—which acquired Palo Alto, CA-based mobile ad exchange Mobclix last October for an undisclosed sum—has been trading on the London Stock Exchange since 2006.
