$5M for Yardsellr

11/23/10

Yardsellr, a Palo Alto startup that helps Web users buy and sell things through social-media channels such as Twitter and Facebook, said this week that it has raised $5 million in new capital from Accel Partners and existing investor Harrison Metal Capital. Yardsellr is the creation of serial Web entrepreneur Danny Leffel, who—like Harrison Metal founder Michael Dearing—is a former eBay executive.
