Tesla Confirms $30M Investment

Panasonic’s $30 million investment in Palo Alto, CA-based Tesla Motors, announced by the company on November 3, has been confirmed in a regulatory document filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing reveals that the equity sale took place on November 2, just one day before the public announcement.
