| 5. Evernote – I use Evernote so much that it’s in my dock. Part of what makes the Evernote service so great is that it’s designed to allow you to capture and browse information no matter what device you’re using, but in my opinion the free iPad version is much more fun to use than the Mac, PC, or smartphone versions, given the way the multi-touch interface makes browsing existing notes so easy.
