Frazier Buys Carefusion Unit

San Diego-based Carefusion (NYSE: CFN), said today it has completed the sale of its Onsite Services business to affiliates of Seattle-based Frazier Healthcare Ventures. OnSite offers medical instrument repair and instrument management programs to hospitals. The new company will have 240 employees, Carefusion said in a statement. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
