Proximetry Gets More Funding

San Diego-based Proximetry, which has been developing wireless network optimization software, has raised $792,000 of a planned $1.1 million equity round, according to a recent regulatory filing. As we reported in November, Proximetry raised close to $1 million in a debt round. The company raised a $5 million Series A round from investors that include Munich Venture Partners and Rembrandt Venture Partners, according to VentureWire.
