The military special interest group at CommNexus, San Diego’s wireless industry group, has organized a presentation by Stephen Lieberman, director of technology transfer at the Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in San Diego. Lieberman and others will explain the processes that are available for commercial partners to access government inventors and facilities and how to get the services of the inventor or required technologist.
