The San Diego Software Industry Council is hosting a panel discussion about the future of Geographic Information Systems and Location-Based Services. A panel of experts from industry, government, and non-profits will discuss the significance of recent advances, including the advent of cloud computing, and innovations in GPS and microprocessor technologies.
