The Algal Biomass Organization, which promotes the development of viable commercial markets for renewable and sustainable biofuels and other algae-based commodities, is hosting its 3rd Annual Algae Biomass Summit in downtown San Diego. The keynote speaker is J. Craig Venter, the human genome pioneer and co-founder of San Diego’s Synthetic Genomics and the Maryland-based J. Craig Venter Institute.
