Good Technology Acquires Intercasting

San Diego-based mobile social networking firm Intercasting has been acquired by Redwood City, CA-based push mobility firm Good Technology. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Intercasting’s Anthem platform is used by numerous carriers, including Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile USA.
