Economists from the UCLA Anderson Forecast present their interpretation of national, state, and regional economic trends. Presentations will touch on the recession, how deep and how long, the federal economic recovery stimulus plan, and when financial markets will return to normal. Qualcomm executive vice president Margaret “Peggy” Johnson also will provide a perspective on San Diego’s strengths and weaknesses as a high-technology cluster.
