Carousel Acquires Daycom

Two private telecommunications providers that keep businesses talking and using the Internet are combining forces. Carousel Industries of Exeter, RI, said today it has acquired San Diego’s Daycom Systems. Daycom was founded 1992 by Richard Day, has approximately 50 employees, and annual revenue of approximately $20 million. “Through this acquisition, we are able to …offer national service delivery,” Day says in Carousel’s press release. Carousel has annual sales of over $100 million and about 500 employees in New York, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Boston, and Rhode Island areas.
