St. Bernard Software Names Ryan CEO

Internet security appliance maker St. Bernard Software (OTCBB: SBSW)has named its chairman, Lou Ryan, as CEO. Ryan, who acquired a 5.3 percent stake in the San Diego company in December, replaces CEO Vincent Rossi, who also was serving as the company’s chief financial officer. Ryan, a software industry veteran, plans to remain as chairman.
