CEO Resigns at Xenonics

Carlsbad, CA-based Xenonics (AMEX: XNN) says the responsibilities of CEO have been assumed by the company’s executive committee following the resignation of Chuck Hunter as CEO. The company, which makes night-vision equipment and ultra-high-illumination lights for military, law enforcement and commercial customers, says Hunter will continue as a consultant for the company.  Xenonics’ executive committee consists of board chairman Alan Magerman, president Jeff Kennedy, and Larry Curfiss, a business development executive.
