Gov Nominates Roth as Vice Chair of Stem Cell Board

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has nominated San Diego’s Duane Roth, who sits on the board of the state’s stem cell institute, to serve as its vice chairman. Roth, who heads Connect, a non-profit that promotes emerging technologies and helps entrepreneurs, is a longtime biotechnology industry veteran.
