Appeals Court Gives Qualcomm a Repreive

Bruce V. Bigelow 10/15/08

Qualcomm says the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington D.C. has vacated a finding by the International Trade Commission that the San Diego wireless company induced other companies to infringe a Broadcom patent that helps reduce power consumption.
