Luke Timmerman 10/6/08
The Institute for Systems Biology and Complete Genomics, a Mountain View, CA-based maker of DNA sequencing technology, have formed a partnership to sequence the genomes of 100 people in 2009 and another 2,000 in 2010. Complete Genomics, founded in 2006, said in a separate release that it will be the first company to sequence complete human genomes for less than $1,000 in material costs.
