Mobile Madness NY: Ehrenberg, Porteous, & More at Our Forum Dec. 4

9/26/12Follow @curtwoodward

Five years after the first iPhones hit the streets, there’s hardly a business that hasn’t been touched by the mobile computing revolution.

Think of it this way: Apple’s smartphone business generated more revenue in the past year than all of Microsoft. And Toys ‘R’ Us is now selling a tablet for kids.

To help you sort through these massive changes—and see what’s ahead for 2013—Xconomy is gathering a top-notch group of investors, entrepreneurs, and technology and business thinkers for our newest event, Mobile Madness New York.

This half-day forum, hosted at the Microsoft Technology Center in Midtown on Dec. 4, builds on a wildly popular series of events we started in Boston and have expanded to Seattle in recent years.

It’s about much more than new gadgets and the latest apps. Our speakers will tackle the big questions in the industry and deflate the conventional wisdom around how mobile is changing commerce, security, software, entertainment, media, the enterprise, and more.

Get your tickets now for the best prices, and make sure to check out our special rates for students and startups. The program will run from 2:00 – 5:30 pm, with plenty of time for networking and discussions afterward.

Here’s the rundown of confirmed speakers we can announce so far:
