This evening workshop will provide the fundamentals on raising money through crowdfunding under the provisions of the JOBS Act allowing entrepreneurs to raise money through equity. Nick Bhargava, co-founder of crowdfunding platform Motaavi will cover issues ranging from how crowdfunding is commenced, how deals can be structured, and how companies can utilize crowdfunding as a growth tool.
