Cambridge, MA-based Basho Technologies, a provider of open source database software, has brought in roughly half of a $7.5 million funding round, according to a report today in Mass High Tech. The money comes from private equity firm Georgetown Partners, and Trifork AS, a Danish systems integrator that has also come on board as the European distributor of Riak, Basho’s software.
