MindShift Technologies, a Waltham, MA-headquartered provider of IT management and Internet cloud services, announced it has acquired Alpheon, a provider of IT services to healthcare organizations. MindShift, whose technical operations are in Fairfax, VA, said the acquisition of Morrisville, NC-based Alpheon will bring healthcare clients access to its cloud technology and enable it to better help customers manage patient data.
