Zorap, a provider of online video chat room software, has raised $1.35 million of a planned $1.9 million round of equity financing, according to an SEC filing. The Falmouth, ME-based startup, founded in 2007, has now raised nearly $2 million from undisclosed angel investors, the company’s CEO and co-founder Barry Spencer told Mass High Tech. Zorap’s website enables users to set up their own video chat rooms, where participants can easily share videos, photos, music, and other content, according to the company.
